About Our Services
Barir Bazar Express provides courier, parcel pickup, transportation, delivery, shipment tracking and related logistics services through its network of sellers, hubs, transport partners and delivery partners.
User Account
Users may be required to provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords and OTPs and for all activity performed through your account.
Seller Responsibilities
Sellers must provide accurate sender, receiver, parcel, weight, value and address information. Sellers are responsible for ensuring that parcels comply with our Prohibited Items Policy and applicable laws.
Parcel Booking
Shipment bookings must contain correct pickup and delivery information. Incorrect, incomplete or misleading information may result in delivery delays, additional charges, return to origin or cancellation of the shipment.
Parcel Weight & Charges
Courier charges may depend on parcel weight, dimensions, distance, service type, delivery location and other applicable factors. If the actual parcel weight or dimensions differ from the information provided at booking, additional charges may apply.
Delivery
We will make reasonable efforts to deliver parcels to the provided delivery address. Delivery timing may vary depending on location, weather, operational conditions, public holidays, transport availability and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Prohibited Items
Customers and sellers must not send prohibited, illegal, hazardous or restricted items through our services. Barir Bazar Express may inspect, hold, reject or report shipments when reasonably necessary for safety, security or legal compliance.
Cancellation
Shipment cancellation may be subject to the applicable Cancellation & Refund Policy. Once pickup or transportation has started, cancellation may not always be possible and applicable charges may apply.
RTO & Returns
A shipment may be returned to origin when delivery cannot be completed, including circumstances such as incorrect address, receiver unavailability, refusal to accept the parcel or other applicable delivery conditions. RTO charges may apply.
Loss, Damage & Claims
Claims relating to lost, damaged or short parcels will be handled according to the applicable Lost, Damaged & Shortage Claim Policy. Customers and sellers must provide required evidence and information within the applicable claim period.
Payments
Applicable courier charges, service fees and other charges must be paid according to the selected payment or settlement arrangement. Transactions may be processed through authorized payment service providers.
Partner & Delivery Personnel
Hub partners, transport partners, delivery partners and other service providers must follow applicable operational instructions, security requirements, service standards and partner agreements.
Fraud & Misuse
Fraudulent bookings, false information, unauthorized account access, payment fraud, misuse of the platform or attempts to interfere with our systems are prohibited. We may suspend or terminate accounts and take appropriate legal action where necessary.
Service Availability
We may temporarily suspend, modify or discontinue any part of our website, application or services for maintenance, security, operational requirements or other legitimate reasons.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Barir Bazar Express will not be responsible for delays or service interruptions caused by events or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, transport disruptions, government restrictions or communication failures.
