Seller Responsibilities

Sellers must provide accurate shipment details, receiver information, parcel weight, dimensions, declared contents and other information required for successful shipment processing.

Prohibited Items

Partners and sellers must not hand over prohibited, unlawful, dangerous or restricted goods except where specifically permitted under applicable law and an authorised service.

Incorrect addresses, mobile numbers, pincodes, parcel weights, contents or other shipment information may cause delivery failure, additional charges, RTO or other operational issues.
09

Pickup & Handover

Sellers must make shipments available for pickup at the agreed location and within the applicable operational window. Parcels should be properly packed, labelled and ready for handover.
10

Partners must record shipment movements and operational events accurately. False scans, delayed status updates or unauthorised status changes are not permitted.
14

Cash, COD & Financial Handling

Where cash collection or COD services are provided, partners must follow the applicable collection, reconciliation, settlement and reporting procedures. Collected funds must not be misused or withheld without authorisation.
15

Commission & Earnings

Partner commissions, incentives and earnings may depend on the applicable partner type, shipment activity, approved service rules and commercial agreement. Earnings may be subject to verification, adjustments or applicable deductions.
16

Fraud & Misuse

Fake shipments, duplicate accounts, fraudulent scans, false delivery confirmations, manipulation of earnings, misuse of customer information or other fraudulent activity may result in immediate investigation and appropriate action.
17
